Security system retrofit for an urban complex

The legacy analogue system, over ten years old, had blind spots, poor night image quality and difficult retrieval. We replaced and added more than 1,200 cameras without closing the mall, working zone by zone at night and restoring every view before each day opened. The new system supports face and plate search, people counting, abandoned-object detection and perimeter alerts in key areas. Security staffing was optimized from 46 to 32 people, and average incident handling time dropped from 9 to 3 minutes.
